The ceremony will begin at 7:00pm but please plan on arriving around 5:30pm for beverages, hors d’oeuvres and canapés. After the ceremony, we’ll carry on socializing and snacking.
We’ll eventually move downstairs to Swans Brewery – and yes, they do brew their own beer! – to respect other hotel guests and the hotel’s quiet-hour preferences.
Food and drink:
We’ll be offering a delicious assortment of amuse-bouches prepared by Chef Michael Ooms and inspired by the local flora and fauna of Vancouver Island.

Dress code:
While we expect that the local constabulary will insist on clothes of some sort, what you wear is entirely up to you. Please, be your weird and delightful selves.
Gifts, wedding registry and such:
The present of your presence is all that we ask. Gifts are unnecessary and we’ve not organized a registry anywhere.
